Cherlin Johnson is the founder and medical director of Laguna Longevity Lab. Board-certified emergency physician, certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, who previously founded and served as medical director of Exer Urgent Care. Clinical teaching and leadership roles also appear in the background.
Training includes an A4M fellowship in advanced longevity and hormone medicine, completed menopause medicine education, and ongoing advanced longevity study. Obesity medicine training was completed through the Harvard Blackburn Course and ABOM pathway training. Dr. Johnson holds BHRT and peptide therapy certifications and has published research.
The focus is longevity medicine, hormone health, metabolic wellness and personalized care. Patients can expect a physician-led plan that combines oversight, advanced laboratory evaluation, personalized treatment planning and lifestyle work. Dr. Johnson is open to newer therapies, provided they are weighed against safety and evidence.
