The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM. It is closed on weekends. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice of an appointment. Without that notice, half the appointment price is charged, and a no-show is charged the full price. Deposits are non-refundable, and late arrivals are accommodated but the appointment still ends at its originally scheduled time with full price due. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.
Timing matters for lash work here. Classic, mixed and volume fills need to be rebooked within three weeks of the last visit, or the price moves up to a full set. Mega volume fills follow the same three-week rule with no exceptions. Clients are asked to arrive for fills with clean natural lashes. The one week fill is only available for work the studio did within the previous seven days.
Brow lamination and wax is recommended every four to six weeks, and aftercare products with instructions are included. Brow wax is offered as an add-on to another service, such as a lash fill, using soft or hard wax.
The studio keeps its timing and aftercare structured, with fill windows, deposits and written aftercare instructions built into how each service is booked.
