Extensions are applied one strand at a time to natural lashes. Full sets come in Classic, Classic 2D, Hybrid, Elegance, Volume, Kim K / Wispy and Mega Volume styles. The Kim K / Wispy style alternates lash lengths for an uneven, spiky look. Listed appointment lengths run from about 1 hour 15 minutes for Classic sets to about 2 hours 15 minutes for Mega Volume. Refills are priced by style and interval, from 1 week up to 5 weeks, and the business recommends a refill every 2 to 3 weeks. The business says extensions can last indefinitely with proper aftercare and refills, while its FAQ puts typical wear at roughly 4 weeks. Facials run from a 35-minute express facial to 90-minute treatments. The 60-minute options include a European basic relaxing facial and a deep cleansing clear skin facial. The 90-minute options include skin brightening microdermabrasion, micro-needling, LED, Oxygen RX, Derma-Plane, which uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair, and hydro dermabrasion, which includes microdermabrasion, galvanic therapy and oxygen infusion. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas for women and men, and threading covers eyebrows, lip and full face.

New and discontinued customers pay a $50 non-refundable deposit when booking, by credit card or PayPal. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead lets the deposit go toward the next appointment, and no-shows forfeit it. Lash correction is offered up to five days after the appointment for lashes that come off early. Lash correction and aftercare guarantees apply only to full sets and refills applied by Lady Lash Professional technicians, and the business says it is not responsible for work done elsewhere. The business says its mission is to help women feel more confident through lash services.
