Tracy founded Kai Spa in 2005, after about eight years working as a nail technician before she trained as an esthetician. The spa has now operated for nearly two decades, and its team covers facials, brows and lashes, nails, waxing, makeup, massage and hair treatments under one roof.

Appointments can be booked by phone or text. Walk-ins are welcome, but most appointments are reserved in advance. The spa is open Monday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and a parking map is available on the contact page. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half of the total services, and a no-show is charged the full amount.

The facial menu starts with a European Facial, designed for all skin types, which includes exfoliation, deep pore cleansing, gentle extractions, massage and a masque. Other facials include Oxygen Treatment, Microcurrent, a Chemical Peel with a purifying exfoliation and Dermaplaning, which removes fine vellus hair while exfoliating. Several of these can be combined with a facial. The cocktail menu offers custom-blended facial treatments aimed at concerns such as anti-aging, pigmentation, oily or acne-prone skin, acne scarring and radiance, with add-ons that can be mixed into any cocktail for $50.

Toskani Exceed is a mesotherapy treatment using Lumicen and Myotec, and Revital-Eyes is a session-based option in the same line. The hair menu includes a scalp treatment that the site describes as supporting hair density and healthier-looking hair, offered as a partial or full head session.

Nail services include manicures and pedicures with Vinylux polish, Dazzle Dry polish that the site says dries in about five minutes without a UV lamp, and Shellac, which has no dry time and lasts about 14 days according to the site. Spa pedicures are done in a massage chair with a whirlpool foot soak and paraffin.
