Lady Lash and Brow Academy was established in June 2019 and trains beauty students in Houston. Its main focus is hands-on education in lash and brow work, and the academy says its goal is to give students a stable path into the field. Training is built around live practice, so students work on real models after they have completed the online portion of their course.

The eyelash course has two parts. Students first finish online lessons and submit homework, and they are added to a group with their course peers. The in-person portion runs three days, roughly 10 AM to 5 or 6 PM each day, with live models provided. Before students work on models, the instructor reviews their practice and points out areas that need improvement. Other training options include an ombré powder brow technique class, a facial training course, and individual classes in brow lamination, lash lift, hybrid brow dyes and shaping, waxing and tinting, and brow threading with tinting and shaping.
