AIREN Brow Bar & Academy runs a brow and lash studio in Houston alongside a training academy for brow artists. The Katy studio opened in 2020 under the name Airen Brow Studio, and a River Oaks flagship studio in Houston was announced in 2025 as an expansion. Both studios are listed with their own phone numbers.

The studio's signature service is Brow Balancing (Shape), a shaping method designed by founder Irina Sednev around each person's face rather than standard mapping points. Brows can be shaped alone or combined with tinting, bleaching or lamination. Tints use Thuya and Brosun dyes, and lamination uses Thuya solutions from Spain. A mini balancing visit, about 30 minutes, is offered as a touch-up every two to three weeks. Lash services use premium Korean and European formulas, including a protein or Korean lash lift with tint and a combined package that adds brow lamination, tint and balancing to the lash lift. Chin and upper lip waxing use a luxury wax system from Australia and can be added to any appointment.

Clients can also book a one-on-one masterclass to learn brow care at home. The Do Your Own Brows session lasts about three hours, covers custom shape design, tint shade selection, at-home lamination and aftercare, and includes champagne, light snacks and academy materials. A take-home kit is an extra $99. A shorter step-by-step class covers shaping, styling and maintaining brows at home.

The academy trains brow artists. The Beginner course is private and one-to-one, with online pre-training, a full day of studio training, three live models and 30 days of support, and it needs no prior experience. Tuition is $1,490 and includes materials and a certificate. Students may move on to the Advanced course after about six months of regular practice. The one-day Advanced course with Irina Sednev lasts six hours, costs $1,750 and is offered in Katy or online. There is also an online course covering essential brow techniques.

Policies the studio states include adding tint only when the artist judges it will help the result, so tint is not performed or charged when it is not needed. Brow tint is guaranteed not to over-darken or turn brows black. Teen brow balancing, for ages 12 to 17, requires a parent or legal guardian at the appointment and comes with a guarantee of a natural result without over-tweezing.

Brow shapes are planned around each client's own face, and tint is used only when the artist judges it is needed.
