Extension appointments begin with a consultation, where a stylist determines which extensions suit the client. The process then covers the application, care instructions with product recommendations, and a maintenance schedule. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, straight hair, ideally down, and a picture of their goal. The salon states that properly applied and cared-for extensions will not damage natural hair and may aid growth. Wefts are applied with beads or heat and maintained every 6 to 16 weeks, individuals are applied with adhesive and maintained every 6 to 8 weeks, and tape-ins are a temporary application worn when desired.

Color services cover blonde, bronde and brunette transformations and refreshes, along with face frame refresh, custom color, all-over color, root and gloss, root touchup and tone refresh. Every color service includes a free trim and blowout. A consultation is required before booking. Prices and timing listed on the site are estimates that may change with hair length and condition. For color appointments, clients should arrive with detangled hair that was washed within the past few days and is free of product.

The blowout membership is a monthly subscription. Each visit includes a scalp exfoliation, wash, blow dry, style, scalp massage and personalized product selection. Blowouts can be straight, classic or curls, and updos cost extra. Members receive no extension upcharge and 15% off all salon services. The membership runs month to month and can be cancelled two days before renewal. Unused blowouts carry over to the next month and expire after that. Appointments are requested through a personal booking link, and the salon reschedules if the requested time is unavailable.
