Clients can book a visit at the salon or, for some services, have the team come to them through house calls. The salon accepts payments and sells gift cards with a custom amount starting at $50.

Hair services cover cuts, everyday and special occasion styling, and color, from full and partial highlights to balayage, babylights-style work, and root touch-ups. Extension services include consultations, clip-in and halo styles, and blending cuts. Keratin-based smoothing and Brazilian Blowout treatments are also offered. A Westshore Grand blowdry is designed for hotel guests, and a monthly blowdry membership is available.

Makeup services include bridal and special occasion looks, an on-the-go artist who works at the client's location, and makeup lessons that cover technique, product application, and custom looks. The bridal makeup package includes a trial session and wedding day makeup.

New clients are asked for a deposit of $25 on many services, and $50 on some. The salon charges a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

The salon blends European-influenced color and cutting techniques with styling chosen for each client.
