Infrared sauna sessions start at 130 degrees Fahrenheit, can be adjusted by the client, and should not run longer than 50 minutes in a row. Tanning eyewear must be FDA certified and block at least 99% of UVA and 99.9% of UVB; the salon offers temporary and multi-use goggles.
