The lash menu covers a range of looks. Classic sets place one extension on one natural lash for a natural result. Hybrid sets combine single extensions with Russian Volume fans. Volume and Wispy Volume sets use handmade volume fans, and Mega Volume uses volume extensions for a darker lash line and extra fullness; the website describes Mega Volume as its most dramatic set. A Wet Set is also offered, along with a Korean Lash Lift that lifts and curls natural lashes and extension removal for clients who want their natural lashes back.

Lash fills are timed. Two-week fills have to be booked exactly two weeks after the previous visit, and anything later counts as a three-week refill. Three-week fills have to be booked three weeks after the previous visit, and visits after three weeks are charged as full sets. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.

Ombre Powder Brows are a semi-permanent powder brow treatment done with a traditional tattoo machine fitted with a needle cartridge. Clients are asked to avoid excessive rinsing and hot water on the brows, to apply a thin layer of the provided ointment daily, and to avoid makeup during the two to three week healing period. The website recommends touch-ups every three to six weeks. The treatment is not offered to clients who are pregnant or nursing, have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scarring, have certain viral infections or diseases, have cancer or are in chemotherapy, took Accutane in the past two years, or have recently tanned or plan to tan within four weeks.

Teeth whitening sessions take about an hour or more and are available to clients over 15 years old, but not to pregnant or breastfeeding clients. A four-session bundle is offered at a regular price of $540 and is valid for one month.
