Brow work is the core of the studio. Brow waxing and tweezing shapes natural brows without thinning them, tinting colors the hairs for three to four weeks, and lamination sets brow hairs in a sleek or full look for about four to six weeks, with aftercare handled by Mia. Brows are advised no sooner than every four weeks, and Mia recommends six to eight weeks for clients who are growing out their brows or want a fuller shape.

Beyond brows, the menu includes lash lifts that can be finished with tint and last six to eight weeks, facial waxing for areas such as the lip, chin, sideburns and full face, and Brazilian and bikini waxing using Lycon USA's Pinkini wax. Express dermaplane facials use PCA Skincare products, and red light and near infrared light therapy sessions can be booked alone or with another service. Tooth gems are bonded to the teeth with dental adhesive and last six months or more, with crystal and gold options. Clients are asked to stop retinol five to 10 days before a wax and to wait five days after any exfoliant, facial or antibiotic. Clients must be off Accutane or isotretinoin for at least one year before waxing.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday with shifting hours and is closed on Sundays. Clients can book online up to 30 days ahead, and street parking is free. Arrive five to 10 minutes early. The building's back entrance is reached through the lot next to the Malden Nail Lounge. Cash is the preferred payment, and Tap to Pay, credit cards and debit cards are also accepted. Clients more than seven minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. Changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service to the card on file, and a no-show is charged the full fee. Children are welcome, and there is a bin of toys for them.
