Bridal and special-event hair and makeup are part of the offering. Hair care, skincare and home products are sold through the online shop, including Olaplex Bonding Oil and Contempora hair products.
Booking policies are set out on the site. Payment is due in full when booking or buying, and no refunds are given for completed services. Product sales are final, damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and service adjustments can be requested within 2 days of the original visit, subject to availability. Missed or late appointments may incur a fee or be rescheduled, and online bookings require clients to be at least 18. The salon reserves the right to refuse service.
