L.orb Hair Studio works from a main studio on South Rochester Road in Rochester Hills and a satellite studio on Crescent Boulevard in Novi. The Rochester Hills studio is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

The menu is built around color and cutting. Color ranges from classic full and one-touch root color and toner, through bleach-based root and full color with or without toner, to partial and full highlights, balayage and the studio's L.orb Signature Color. Cuts cover women's, men's and children's haircuts along with bangs trims, with a women's cut booked for about an hour and a men's cut for about 45 minutes. Perm options include part, root, cold, iron, digital, straight and combined straight and digital perms, and several of them can be paired with a cut.

Booking can be done online or by phone or text. Prices are starting points that depend on stylist level and hair length, and the final quote is given at consultation. Haircuts are priced separately from perm and color services. Clients booking a chemical color service are asked to do a patch test 48 hours beforehand and to mention any known allergies or past reactions when they book. Clients can ask to be fitted in, and the studio reaches out either way.

Styling options include roll brush dry and iron dry, and treatments include a hair treatment and a keratin treatment.
