L'mage Salon Studios Gilbert Town Square

L'mage Salon Studios rents individual salon suites to hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians and other beauty professionals, with several locations spread across the Phoenix Valley. The company was founded in 2003 and began under the name Salon Studio Rentals before adopting its current name. Its founders are Lori Winters and Bret Marino.

Renters operate their suites as their own businesses and keep all of their service and product income. The company describes its locations as locally owned and operated, and says it has supported more than 1,000 professionals with individual salon spaces, with over 500 industry professionals and more than 200 studios across the valley.

Suites can be custom designed around the renter's needs. Leases are month-to-month, and the company says a renter can be set up within a few weeks. New renters can book a complimentary business consultation before committing. The company has also brought in equity and management partners to help keep its locations running smoothly.

The Ahwatukee location includes a main lobby and a separate dryer station area with a television. The company describes its spaces as elegant.
