Renters operate their suites as their own businesses and keep all of their service and product income. Suites can be custom designed around the renter's needs. Leases are month-to-month, and the company says a renter can be set up within a few weeks. New renters can book a complimentary business consultation before committing. The company has also brought in equity and management partners to help keep its locations running smoothly.

The Ahwatukee location includes a main lobby and a separate dryer station area with a television. The company describes its spaces as elegant.
