The studio offers four extension styles. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash, and the booking page calls the classic full set the most natural option. Hybrid extensions combine classic and volume placement. Volume uses several ultra-thin extensions per natural lash for a darker lash line, and mega volume uses several ultra-fine extensions per lash for a darker, fuller look. New extension clients start with a full set. A classic full set is listed at $200 and takes about 2 hours, a hybrid full set is $250 for about 2 hours 15 minutes, a volume full set is $300 for about 3 hours, and a mega volume full set is $350 for about 3 hours.

Fills are generally booked every two to three weeks and run 60 to 75 minutes, with 90-minute fills available for clients whose lashes grow quickly or who use a lash serum. Clients with extensions from another salon need a removal before any extension service. Fills on another stylist's extensions are accepted only when the extensions were applied correctly and are in good condition. Each appointment begins with a consultation, and lashes are cleaned with lash shampoo when buildup is present. The business says extensions do not damage natural lashes when applied properly.

Lash lifts use the Elleebana One Shot system and work only on a client's existing natural lashes. Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with no makeup and clean lashes, ideally washed shortly before the appointment, and to avoid caffeine and stimulants. Mascara should be avoided for 24 hours before a lash lift and may be worn 24 hours after. Afterward, extensions should be brushed daily and kept clean, and mascara, cream shadows, gel or pencil liners and oil-based makeup are not recommended on extensions; felt tip liner or powder shadow is suggested instead. Booking requires a valid credit card for full sets and lash lift and tint services, held without charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, with a 50% service fee for late cancellations and the full service charged for no-call no-shows. Late arrivals may have their session shortened, but the full session is still charged. No refunds are given for services rendered, no additional guests are allowed, and clients are asked to text when they arrive. Gift certificates are sold in $50, $100, $200 and $300 amounts.
