The facial menu covers a Back Treatment for bacne or scars, The Everything Butt Facial for blemishes and hyperpigmentation on the buttocks, and the Belly Bump Facial. Listed signature facials build in depth: a 60 minute signature facial with skin analysis and customized exfoliation, a 75 minute luxe facial that can add microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peel, LED or high frequency, and a 90 minute facial with layered modalities, extended massage and finishing products.

Sugaring is the largest part of the menu, from quick add-ons and nose or lip work to leg, underarm, bikini, cheeky and full body sessions. Brazilian waxing is offered in a signature and a deluxe version. Brow services include a sugar and tint and a brow lamination that lifts brow hairs and can be sleeked and shaped. Lash services include a tint and a lift with tint for natural lashes. The Smooth & Soothe Vagacial combines sugaring, steam, cleanse, extractions, mask, high frequency and a custom serum, and clients who have already been sugared or waxed can book it alone.

Packages bundle several services at a set price, and credits from a package apply automatically at checkout when booking services it covers. The business uses an all-organic sugar, and the brow sugar service uses no thread or hot wax.

Booking requires a 50% deposit that goes toward the service total and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day, and a small card fee applies if cash is not brought. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules, which can be done online through the booking page. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and an appointment is canceled if the client arrives after it. No-shows are charged the full service total and must pay a new deposit to rebook.

Hours are Wednesday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Questions can be sent by message or by phone, which the business describes as the quickest way to reach the esthetician. The business also offers student sugaring courses, including a one-day beginner course, a one-day Brazilian basics course for beginners and professionals, and a two-day course with more hands-on practice. A certificate is included with each course.
