Color is the main focus, from all over color and grey coverage to toner refreshes and fully custom color sessions. Custom color starts at $175 for a mini version and at $400 for a full session, which may need several visits. Haircut options include a cut with styling, a cut with a toner and gloss refresh, and a dry bang or face-framing trim for $15 that excludes wash and styling.

Two prepaid packages cover upkeep: one for grey coverage or root touch-ups every six weeks with blowout included, and one for a toner and gloss every six weeks. Extension work includes a paid consultation, Slice Strands installation, Strands Move Up and removal. Perms are offered for men and women, and a lady perm needs a consultation first. Treatments include a detox wash, hydrating masks, a scalp treatment and a defrizz treatment.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours ahead carry a 50% fee, and clients who do not pay that fee are barred from future bookings. Deposits are applied to services and forfeited on a no-show or cancellation. Services, deposits and product sales are final and non-refundable. Extra guests and children are only allowed when they are getting a service, and arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment. Deposits are $30 for new extension consultations, Mini Custom Color, Extension Removal and Men's Perm, and $10 for the Bang/Face Framing Trim.

Appointments are booked by service with set durations and clear deposit and cancellation terms.
