According to the salon, the team has almost a decade of specialized training in French cutting and balayage. Taylor, one of the owners, is also a national and international educator in that work, and the team includes stylists with training from Aveda and Paul Mitchell the School.

Services are offered a la carte and are grouped into add-ons, color, haircuts, keratin treatments and styling. Appointments are required. New clients booking a first color appointment complete a new client form, and returning clients can book online. Color correction and Bellami extensions are priced by consultation only.

A credit card must be kept on file to hold an appointment. Deposits are required for extensions, color corrections and full keratin treatments, and a deposit can be moved to a rescheduled appointment if the change is made at least 48 hours ahead. Appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and late cancellations carry a fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and adjustments for dissatisfaction can be requested by phone within two weeks, limited to small tweaks. The salon does not offer refunds.
