Lash work is the core of the menu. Classic sets range from a 30-minute Bottoms service through the 1-hour Natural, Classy and L.A.M Glam sets to a 1 hour 10 minute Drama Girl set. Hybrid and volume sets are offered as full sets and as 2- and 3-week fills, and weekly fills are available in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Lash bath and lash removal are listed as extras.

Brow services include brow lamination, which the business says lasts four to six weeks and does not include waxing or tinting, and ombre powder brows. The ombre brow service is a form of permanent makeup, distinct from microblading, with darker tails that fade lighter toward the start of the brow. A touch-up appointment is offered separately.

Facial and hair services include a mini facial, a full facial that adds extractions and a mask, and a basic facial with facial massage paired with a lash set in a 2-hour combo. Waxing, tinting and a wax plus tint combination are offered, along with high, mid and low ponytails and a silk press, where trim is charged extra. Training classes include an Intro to Hybrid/Volume class that requires certification in classic lashing, a Build A Boss lash class and a bottom lash training session.

Clients are asked to provide a telephone number when booking and to arrive with face and eyes clean. Deposits are charged to the card given at booking and are non-refundable. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and no-shows or changes made inside 48 hours are charged the full service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late pay a $15 late fee, and remaining balances are payable in cash only.
