Appointments are built around the individual client. Lash work is shaped to each person's natural lashes, daily routine and goals, and the studio aims for a relaxed, personalized visit. Fills can be booked at one, two or three weeks. The one-week fill suits clients who still have roughly 70% or more of their extensions in place, while a three-week fill adds coverage, and a full set may be recommended when much of the previous set has come out.

Signature offerings include the Korean lash lift, offered alone or paired with a tint, which typically lasts six to eight weeks, and volume sets built with lightweight handmade fans. The studio is open Monday through Friday, with later hours on Tuesday and Thursday, and is closed on weekends. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Lash work is built around each client, with isolation, retention, detail and the health of natural lashes as priorities.

The studio aims for a relaxed, personalized feel.
