Shei Lashes Co. sits on the second floor of an office building in Centennial. Guests can park in one of two parking garages, take the elevator to floor two, and check in at reception. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The lash menu covers the full range from a lift to a complete set. Korean lash lifts take about 75 minutes and last six to eight weeks, and the curl can be customized. A Sheimix custom full set is a three-hour session with aftercare baggies included. Fills are matched to how much of a client's existing set remains: a mini fill is offered for shorter gaps, a standard fill for clients with at least half their lashes still intact within two weeks, and an extended fill for longer gaps or lower retention. New clients who have lash sets in place need a removal before booking a full lash service.

Brow services include a wax with mapping, lamination with waxing, a hybrid tint with brow wax, and a signature bundle that combines lamination, tint and shaping. The lash and brow combo is a three-hour appointment with a semi-permanent lash lift, lamination, mapping, tinting, waxing and a personalized consultation. The salon describes this combo as its number one selling package.

Memberships and packages bundle regular services at a lower monthly or set price. Deposits are required for most appointments and are non-refundable, but they can be applied as credit toward a future visit. Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 to 72 hours' notice, and a 15-minute grace period applies before an appointment is cancelled. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment time, and no-shows are charged half the cost of the service.

The salon says it is committed to giving back to its community by offering services to people in need.
