Lash artists are grouped by experience into junior, regular, senior and master levels. Regular artists have one to four years of experience, and master artists have more than five. Pricing reflects that grouping, so a booking with a master artist costs more than the same set with a regular or junior artist. Junior artists offer lower-priced fills and full sets for clients who want a more budget-minded option.

Extension styles run from a classic set, applied one lash at a time, through hybrid and volume sets to dramatic and mega volume sets. The volume fans used for the fuller styles are handmade by an individual artist without machinery, usually made during the appointment. The studio gives lash counts for its fuller sets: roughly 300 to 500 lashes per eye for 3D-5D volume, 600 to 800 for 6D-8D dramatic, and 1000 to 1500 for 10-15D mega volume.

Fills are priced by the style of the set and by how long it has been since the last appointment, with added charges for fills after three and four weeks. Clients coming from another salon are quoted based on the condition of their existing lashes, and the studio notes that it cannot guarantee full satisfaction for those clients. The business says it uses high-quality products.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive early, come without eye makeup, mascara or curled lashes, and avoid face cream near the eyes. A $20 non-refundable deposit reserves the appointment and is credited toward the service. The studio sends text or email reminders, a second request a day before, and a phone call on the morning of the appointment. Booking, rescheduling and cancelling can be handled through the KVLASH app.

Lash work is organized by artist experience level, from junior to master, with set styles from classic to mega volume matched to the client's look.
