A customized curly cut includes a detox, product recommendations, a conditioning treatment or scalp scrub, detangling, styling, drying and a dry cut on natural hair. Clients should arrive with their hair detangled, except for an express curly cut, and matted hair is subject to a detangling fee. Prices listed are base prices and may adjust if the hair is extremely tangled. New clients, meaning those who have never visited or have not been seen in over six months, have appointments of about two hours; returning clients typically need about 1.5 hours; express curly cuts take around 30 minutes, not counting drying time. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for color, and new clients need a professional detox before color, which carries an added charge. Rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows are charged the full appointment price. Retail hours are Wednesday noon to 4pm, Thursday 2pm to 6pm, Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, while other appointment hours vary.
