Unused membership facials roll over for one month, and members receive a skin consultation every six months.

The medical weight loss programs are offered with a provider and include oral or injectable medication options. They are priced from $150 to $500 per month, and clients can request a health consultation, after which a team member contacts them to schedule. Dermatology care is described as covering acne, eczema and dermatitis, mole and skin tag removal, hyperpigmentation and tinea. Cigna and United Healthcare are accepted for dermatology services, though insurance may not cover mole and skin tag removal, so clients are advised to ask during their visit.

The spa is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Saturdays. The business also offers a 15% discount on a client's next visit for each friend they refer.
