The studio aims for a calm, private room where clients can relax, and each appointment is handled individually. Silent appointments are available on request, and the studio is pet friendly.

Brow services cover shaping with tweezers, wax and thread, tinting (including the Russian Technique), lamination, cleaning around the brows, bleaching with toner, and a chemical-free organic shape and tint. Lash services include lifts, tints, a Korean lash lift and tint, and removal of extensions. Waxing and threading cover the nose, upper lip and full face, with a men's brow shape also offered.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 7:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. The studio is closed on Sundays. Gift cards can be bought online in any amount.

Clients are asked to disclose allergies before treatment, and the studio is not responsible for reactions to anything not disclosed. Concerns about brow tint or lash services should be raised within 24 hours of the appointment for a complimentary adjustment. Lash lift and lamination services need 12 hours of aftercare without water, steam, saunas, makeup or oil-based products. Clients using retinoids, acids or peels must stop before waxing or lamination, with timing depending on the product.

Treatments are individualized in a calm, private setting, with professional products chosen for each client and a focus on refined, natural-looking results.
