New clients can have a complimentary consultation of about 15 minutes or more, which is also open to anyone who wants to talk through a service before booking. A consultation is required before all-over scalp bleaching and color corrections, and before a first bleach retouch or all-over lightening new application.

Color is the core of the menu. Options run from demi-permanent glazes and toners to single-process color, partial and full foil highlights, balayage, and vivid colors. Most color services are charged for the product by hair weight, and most include a complimentary blowdry and style. Color correction is billed by the hour, with product charged by weight, when a standard service cannot reach the goal; estimated hours are agreed before work starts.

Hair services beyond color include bang trims, express cuts, custom haircuts, curly cuts, shampoo and style, a round-brush new client blowout, and one-on-one styling classes for using products and tools at home. Nail services include gel polish manicures, builder gel overlays and Gel-X full sets.

Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 50 percent fee, and a no-call no-show is charged the full service price, which may also block rebooking. Clients are asked to cancel by phone, voicemail or text.

Pricing and planning are set around a consultation, with color charged by hair weight and corrections estimated before work begins.
