Around 2019, as client demand grew, it began training and mentoring emerging stylists, and it has since supported the launch of other salons in Glen Burnie, Bowie and North Carolina.

New clients book a 30-minute consultation before any service, which includes creating 6 to 12 sample locs. People whose locs were installed by another stylist need a $35 transfer consultation first, and anyone planning a Sisterlocks or Microlocs install can book a one-hour Seeking Royalty consultation for $55, where a sample set is installed to find a pattern. A full Microlocs or Sisterlocks install requires a $300 non-refundable deposit. Starting locs requires at least 3 inches of unprocessed hair. The salon does not recommend starting locs in permed or relaxed hair for aesthetic reasons, though it can be done.

Maintenance is built around retight treatments. Krown Standard, Deluxe and Supreme treatments are priced by loc density and weeks since the last retight, with the Deluxe and Supreme levels designed for high density or long hair. Regal treatments suit large Microlocs and Majestic treatments suit medium Microlocs. Smaller visits include a High Standards perimeter touch-up, formerly called the Sisterlocks perimeter touch-up, and an extra-time add-on for clients who need more time within their retight schedule. Other natural loc styles are available on request after a discussion. The salon does not offer hair extensions.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The booking calendar shows availability up to 90 days ahead, and the salon suggests booking about three months in advance. Requests are normally approved within 5 business days. Clients should arrive with clean hair free of products, washed 24 to 48 hours before the visit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice; a missed notice counts as a no-show and the full service price is charged to the card on file. The salon reserves the right to refuse service and does not currently keep a cancellations list.

Microlocs are installed with a custom interlocking method that the salon describes as designed for longevity and beauty. The approach is modernized and focused on beauty, health and longevity.
