Haircuts are sorted by length and density, so a midi cut for collarbone-length or shorter hair is priced and timed differently from a lengthy cut for extra long or thick hair. Both include a wash and style. Color is offered as a touch-up for maintaining an existing single process color, or as an over-haul that refreshes whole-head color or shifts the overall tone; a blow dry can be added to the over-haul.

For blonde clients, the menu includes a highlight re-up for maintaining highlights, and a longer appointment called Blonde, Baby for clients who need extra time or services, priced by the hour with a three-hour minimum and including bond builder additives. A combined service called The Works covers several color techniques along with a haircut and style. A Brazilian Blowout keratin treatment reduces frizz and can relax curl.
