Extensions can be installed with hair the studio supplies or with the client's own hair.

The studio offers private hair loss care for clients who are undergoing or recovering from chemotherapy, cold capping, hair transplants or alopecia, coordinated with the client's physician. Its cancer care extensions are made for fine, fragile or medically sensitive hair and are offered after chemotherapy, transplant or alopecia with a doctor's approval and once active shedding has stopped. They are customized strand by strand, bonded by hand without heat tools, metal beads or needles, and use a hypoallergenic liquid gel adhesive. Installation takes roughly three to four hours and includes a keratin straightening treatment. Extensions are usually removed eventually, and growing hair to the desired length typically takes one to two years.

Each service is described as personal, discreet and tailored to the client's needs and wishes. A free consultation covers the shade, length or volume and the hair-care routine. Beyond hair, the studio lists nail services, eyebrow and eyelash shaping and enhancement, permanent makeup and gentlemen's services.
