A visit starts with vision mapping, which is part of every cut, followed by shampoo and styling. Appointments typically run 60 to 120 minutes depending on the service, and the salon states it does not rush them. Clients are encouraged to bring the feeling they want, and the stylist shapes that into a cut, color or style that works for everyday life.

The menu covers long cuts for hair below shoulder length, short cuts for hair above shoulder length, and a standard cut with style. There are separate options for beard trims, combined beard and short cuts, kids cuts, and gender-inclusive cuts. Color work includes root maintenance, single-color base color, highlights, gloss and toner, color correction, and vivid color transformations, which require a consultation call. Each additional bowl of bleach or color adds $30 to the starting price. Other services include iron work, hair treatments, perms, feathers, up-dos and event styling.

Clients with several services are asked to book the longest time slot and describe the rest in the booking notes, then text the stylist to coordinate. Existing clients who cannot find a suitable time are asked to text the stylist directly. Bang trims are free, and past cut clients may book a complimentary bang trim between visits. If a cut or color does not feel right, the salon will adjust it within 7 days at no charge. The salon states that it guarantees confidence in its work. All sales are final, all major forms of payment are accepted, and gift cards are available.
