The salon says hair is the team's passion and that this shows in clients' results. Stylists work with clients who have a look in mind but are not sure how to get there, shaping a plan together and offering advice on keeping hair healthy. The team keeps up with current cut and color styles and techniques through ongoing education.

Lightening is a major focus. Services include highlights, partial highlights, balayage and ombré, babylights, bleach root touch-ups, a full-head Platinum Card bleach followed by toner, and color correction. Cuts and styling range from a customized haircut with blow-dry to a children's cut for ages nine and younger.

Online booking runs through Vagaro. Deposits are refundable only with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation, and the salon does not issue refunds on services. Concerns should be raised within two days of a service. Clients who are unhappy return for an in-person check, and adjustments are made at no cost within days of the first visit, with the original stylist. New clients are asked about services they have had in the last three to five years, including any box dye use.
