The salon's stated mission is to offer a relaxing space where clients can step away from daily stress. Its head spa shampoo includes a scalp massage, cleansing and conditioning, and is meant for relaxation and cleansing rather than medical scalp treatment. It does not include intricate braiding or complex hairstyling, and the salon says it uses professional hair care products in these services.

The menu goes beyond head spa work. Facials are offered for men and women, along with a microneedling facial, chemical peel options, a hydrafacial, lash extensions, lash and brow tint and perm services, semi-permanent and permanent makeup, waxing, manicures and pedicures. The salon describes itself as a one-stop beauty destination where clients can book hair, facial, lash, makeup, nail and other services in one place, and says it offers high-quality pampering at competitive prices. Booking is handled with a non-refundable deposit that secures the appointment, with the remaining balance due at the visit. Head spa shampoo and lash appointments need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and head spa no-shows are charged half the service price. Lash extension clients are encouraged to book a consultation first, and a patch test can be done before a lash application. Gift cards and service packages are also available.
