Clients receive a call 24 to 48 hours before an appointment, along with email and text confirmations. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rebooking or being seen as a walk-in. Clients are encouraged to book their next visit before leaving. Three consecutive missed appointments without contacting the salon prevent future booking, though walk-ins are still welcome.
