SNS dip, GelX, builder gel and acrylic repairs are free within 6 days, with a 50% discount for reports between 7 and 10 days. Regular polish repairs are free if reported within 2 days. Repairs need an appointment, and clients should have their receipt ready with the service date and technician. Services are non-refundable.

Clients receive a call 24 to 48 hours before an appointment, along with email and text confirmations. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rebooking or being seen as a walk-in. Clients are encouraged to book their next visit before leaving. Three consecutive missed appointments without contacting the salon prevent future booking, though walk-ins are still welcome. Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash and Apple Pay are accepted, but personal checks are not.
