The studio is a shared space where each stylist works as an independent owner, so guests choose the stylist they want and any concern about a service goes directly to that stylist.

The studio aims for a relaxed, welcoming room where guests can settle in and build a personal connection with one stylist over time. Colour is a major focus. Each colour is built from a custom formula that is blended and recorded, so the same mix is ready at every visit. Maintenance appointments are usually booked between one and five months apart after the first colour service, and colour prices vary by stylist.

New guests begin with a consultation form and then receive an email explaining which service to book. The studio is open Monday to Friday, roughly 9:00am to 7:00pm, and is closed on weekends. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online request form, and walk-ins are not taken. On arrival, clients send a text and wait in their car until their stylist says to come in. Wi-Fi, bottled water, seasonal drinks, snacks and phone chargers are available inside, and changing gowns are provided on request and laundered after each use. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and arriving more than fifteen minutes late may mean rescheduling.

Beyond colour, the studio offers Brazilian Blowout smoothing in several versions, hair extensions by fusion, tape-in and micro bead methods, and conditioning and repair treatments.

Independent stylists share one studio, with the aim of a warm, welcoming space where guests can relax and build a personal connection with the stylist they choose.
