Loc work is the core of the menu. Services include starts for new locs, maintenance priced by how many weeks have passed since the last appointment, trims, reattachments and cut-offs, and styles built on locs. Natural-hair services cover trims, blow-outs, rod sets, twists, cornrows, box braids and thermal pressing. The salon does not offer Dominican or Brazilian blowouts. Loc starts apply to traditional locs only, not sisterlocs, microlocs or loc extensions, and a consultation is required for new clients and new services.

Scalp wellness is a separate track. A Scalp Wellness Consultation is required before a first scalp treatment and covers an intake review, digital scalp microscopy, a scalp hydration assessment, a follicle health evaluation and a customized treatment plan. Detox treatments are offered as add-ons, ranging from a basic cleanse for product buildup to an enhanced treatment that exfoliates the scalp and restores its pH balance. Steam therapy is also available as an add-on to hydrate hair and scalp.

Appointments can be booked online through the Book Now page or by phone at (919) 845-4888. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and a no-show fee applies to appointments cancelled with less notice. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Hours are Tuesday 4:30 to 6:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 to 6:00 PM, Friday 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Free parking, disabled access and WiFi are listed, and the salon is listed as kid friendly. It accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and cash.
