New clients can begin with a 30-minute consultation for $25, which covers a hair assessment, goals, the loc methods that suit the client, maintenance guidance and a plan for scheduling. New client re-twists include a required video call through FaceTime before the appointment.

The menu spans starter locs, interlocking and micro-locs, along with sisterlocs, instant locs and goddess locs that blend curly extensions into natural locs. Loc detox and retwist treatments are a deep cleanse that removes buildup, residue and impurities. Repair work addresses broken locs, thinning areas and scalp care, and locs lost to damage or thinning can be reattached.

The salon sells Loc Seed Oil and Loc Seed Hair Mist, each priced at $15, and says its loc products are homemade. Booking terms apply: cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours ahead, appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fort Pierce and Lancaster charge an extra $50 for after-hours appointments, and clients are asked to text for availability.
