The salon works with curly hair, loc maintenance, wig installs, and razor cuts, and it also offers vivid color, shags, mullets, and lived-in modern cuts. New guests can book a general consultation to talk through what to book and get an estimate of service cost. The consultation fee is credited toward any service booked afterward, though a consultation alone does not leave enough time to complete a service.
New curly-hair guests can book a New Guest Session or New Guest Curly Cut, which includes hair clarification, curl rehab, a curly cut, any needed treatments, and curl definition. Returning guests are invited back two to four months after that first session. New haircut guests are asked to submit a virtual consultation before booking. Hair should arrive down, detangled, fully dry, and with minimal product; buns, braids, tangles, and puffs are not accepted.
Pricing is based on each stylist's hourly rate multiplied by the service time, and the price shown is the price paid. Tipping is included, and there is no color charge or credit card fee, so cash and card customers pay the same price. Blonding often takes several sessions.
Booking is recommended, since stylists may not be in without appointments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a late-cancel fee of 50% of the service cost and a no-show charge of the full appointment cost. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, which counts as a late cancellation. Booking confirmations go out 48 hours ahead by email or text. Issues with a service must be raised within a week, and refunds are not given for services rendered. Retail products may be exchanged within 60 days in like-new condition.
