Appointments are one-on-one in a private setting with no busy salon floor, and visits are not rushed. Clients don't need to wash their hair beforehand. Color services include a hand massage and a paraffin dip with hot towels during processing, and coffee, tea, water, granola bars and wine are offered during them. Every appointment ends with a complimentary makeup touch-up from Mirabella, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Grey blending is a central focus. A 30-minute one-on-one grey-blending consultation costs $30 and covers a hair assessment and a personalized plan; if the client goes on to book a Grey Blending appointment, the fee is credited toward it, and it isn't refunded if they decide not to proceed. A free digital guide on grey blending is available on the salon's website.
The haircut menu starts at $50 for a women's cut, which includes a scalp massage and blow-dry finish, and a haircut with aromatherapy scalp massage and polished style starts at the same price. A Haircut Retreat at $95 includes a scalp facial using Awaken Surface products. Professional treatments from the Leaf and Flower CBD line, at $55 each and about 30 minutes long, come in curl-defining, volumizing and damage-correcting versions, lasting up to 5 washes for curl and volumizing and up to 10 washes for damage.
Clients receive a confirmation text 72 hours before their appointment, with the option to confirm or cancel, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Email questions are answered within 24 hours on weekdays. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm; it is closed Sunday, Monday and Friday.
