The menu centers on facials, waxing, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and tinting. Facials range from a short lunchtime treatment to the Ultimate Experience Facial, which uses enzymes, hydroxy acids, a customized mask, and Swedish facial massage, with extractions included when needed. The Spa Peel pairs that facial experience with a chemical peel.

Waxing covers body, facial, brow, Brazilian and bikini, and men's services. Brazilian and bikini waxes use a wax made for sensitive skin, and new clients booking those services get a consultation and extra time. Before a waxing appointment, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, clients are asked to exfoliate one to two days ahead, and retinol or acids should be avoided for five to seven days. Afterward, heat, workouts and friction are best avoided for a day or two, with gentle exfoliation starting on day three.

Clients can book online. The salon sells professional skin care for home use and for treatments, including the KLOE Complexions line that Olson started in 2023 and the Rhonda Allison line, with online ordering and delivery as well as gift certificates. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 5:30, and Saturday from 10:00 to 1:00.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin concerns, and the salon describes its skincare as results-driven.
