Klein Hair Design is based in a private suite on the north side of a stretch of Capitol Drive running between Calhoun and Pilgrim Road. Owner Kassandra Klein handles color and cutting personally, so every guest is looked after by the same stylist from the first appointment to the last.

Color is the core of the business. Every color service begins with a consultation, and the menu covers color design, color transformations, highlights and lowlights, from mini touch-ups around the hairline to an overall color with a fresh cut.

Cuts are done with both razor and scissors, and razor cutting is used to add texture and volume. Shampoo and blowout services are offered for styling between appointments or for a finished look on its own.

A first visit opens with a detailed consultation covering hair history, lifestyle, concerns and goals. Amenities are provided to keep guests comfortable while color processes. At the end of a service, guests receive styling tips, product recommendations and a personalized at-home care plan.

Designs each look as part of a longer plan for cut, color and style rather than a single appointment, and follows up with a call within one or two weeks of a visit.
