Klaws by Krystal is a small private studio in Delray Beach offering nail, lash and facial services. Appointments are one-on-one, and the studio describes its setting as calm and personal, with visits that are not rushed. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Nail services are the salon's core offering. Structured manicures are available in two gel types. Soft gel suits natural nails that are brief to moderately short and have rounded or gently contoured tips, while hard gel is the choice for longer natural nails and squared or more pointed shapes. Gel-X extensions add length and shape, and the owner takes off the client's previous set as part of the appointment. The salon suggests refreshing sets every three to four weeks. Solid colour, including cat eye, is offered, and designs fall into three tiers: chrome and simple looks; trend-led designs, 3D work and moderate art; and intricate custom art and freestyle work.

Facials include the Member's Facial, a flat-fee service where the treatment is adjusted every 30 days to suit the client's skin condition. Its steps can include deep pore cleansing, hydration, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion or a chemical peel. The Dermaplane Pro Facial uses a Dermaplane Pro blade for exfoliation and is described as aimed at sun damage, acne scars, dark spots, blackheads and fine lines.

Lash services include the Lash Lift & Tint, and the studio offers Elleebana lash lifts. The lift uses Elleebana's Elleeplex Profusion, which the brand describes as formaldehyde-free and vegan-friendly. According to the business, results can last six to eight weeks with proper aftercare.

New clients pay a deposit to secure an appointment, and it is applied to the total. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead to keep the deposit, and later changes or no-shows forfeit it, with no-shows possibly restricted from future booking.
