Each visit begins with the client's skin on that day, and every treatment is adjusted to what it needs. Estheticians are trained to protect the skin barrier first. Clients also learn how to care for their skin at home between appointments.

The facial menu moves from Klar Essential, a 90-minute personalized facial for new clients, to Klar Clinical+, a 90-minute facial aimed at concerns such as acne, pigmentation and signs of aging, and Klar Cell RX, a 90-minute technology-driven facial that combines several Korean technologies. The Klar Journey Series pairs Essential with a return visit to Clinical+ three to four weeks later. The Glass Skin Program is six personalized sessions, recommended every two to three weeks, that do not expire and include access to every Klar facial level, including Cell RX.

Products are medical-grade Korean skincare that the clinic says are unavailable in the U.S. market. The team says it hand-selects and tests each product before it is used, and clients are encouraged to consult the team before buying anything. All retail sales are final.
