KL Wax Studios is located in suite 204 on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach. The salon describes its mission as offering waxing that enhances physical beauty while supporting spiritual well-being, in a calm and uplifting setting. Free parking is on site and walk-ins are welcome during opening hours.
Waxing is done with a high-quality Italian wax, and the salon says it works with all skin types. Face services include single-area waxing for the lip, chin, cheek, side, ears, nose, neck and brows, as well as full face waxing. Brow lamination sets brow hairs into a chosen shape for fuller, more defined brows, and the Luxe Refresh Trio combines a brow wax, a facial globe massage and a calming brow mask.
Body waxing covers underarms, hands, feet, shoulders, arms, back, chest, stomach, legs, buttocks and the Brazilian area, with a full-body option starting at $150. Vajacial treatments are offered as well. The Pretty Kitty Vajacial, priced at $130, is meant for use right after a Brazilian wax and includes wax, an exfoliating cleanser, steam, extraction, a high frequency wand, an instant soothe mask and a vitamin E serum. The team selects a mask from a wide range after assessing each client's needs.
Booking terms: when booking online a card is kept on file, but no charge is made for the service itself. Rescheduling needs at least 6 hours' notice and cancelling needs at least 24 hours. A $25 service fee applies if these terms are not followed. Clients more than five minutes late will have their appointment rescheduled or moved to the next available time. First-time clients should allow about two weeks of hair growth, or hair about 1/4 inch long. Packages are non-refundable but can be paid in full or in four monthly installments.
The salon also offers private parties, including bachelorette and girls day or night events, gift cards, and a referral program that gives 50% off the next service when a client brings a friend. The KLWS Advanced Brazilian Wax Academy takes enrollments. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with Monday and Sunday closed.
