The salon operates six locations in Florida: Delray Beach, Lauderdale Lakes, West Palm Beach, Coconut Creek, Port Saint Lucie and Pembroke Pines. Its Delray Beach studio opened first in Palm Beach County. According to the salon, the Lauderdale Lakes studio is among its busiest for Brazilian and full-body waxing. Prices are listed as identical at all six studios. The Coconut Creek studio sits on West Hillsboro Boulevard and has parking right at the entrance; the salon names it as the nearest option for clients in west Boca Raton and Parkland. The Delray Beach studio is a few blocks south of Atlantic Avenue and draws clients from Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream and Lake Worth Beach.
The menu is organized into body waxing for arms, legs, underarms, back, chest, stomach and shoulders; facial waxing for brows, lips, chin, cheeks, sideburns and ears; intimate waxing, including Brazilian and bikini services; full-body waxing; and a small set of self-care treatments. Brazilian waxing uses hard wax on the front and back, usually takes 20 to 30 minutes, and the business says results typically last three to four weeks. Bikini line waxing removes only the hair outside the bikini area with soft wax. Soft wax, applied warm in thin layers and removed with muslin strips, is used for larger areas such as legs, arms and the back, while hard wax is used on sensitive areas such as the face, underarms and intimate areas. Eyebrow tinting uses a semi-permanent tint that the business says lasts two to four weeks depending on skin type and aftercare.
Cocoa wax, a hard wax enriched with cocoa butter, is offered, and the salon says it suits first-time clients or anyone irritated by traditional wax. Turmeric wax, a hard wax infused with turmeric, is also offered; the salon describes it as natural and says it helps calm inflammation and reduce redness. The Vajacial is a post-waxing or between-waxes treatment for the bikini area, offered in express and full versions and often combined with Brazilian waxing. It includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, calming masks and hydration, and the salon says it calms inflammation, helps prevent ingrown hairs, evens skin tone and restores hydration.
Each client has a private room, a clean bed and single-use applicators. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch and to come with clean, dry skin, without lotion or oil on the area. After waxing, hot showers, saunas, hot tubs, pools and the ocean should be avoided for 24 hours. Booking ahead is recommended, especially for evening and Saturday appointments; online booking and an app are available, and first-time booking is offered. A deposit may apply, as set out in the business's deposit and cancellation policy. A rewards program gives one spot per check-in, with one check-in allowed per day; six spots earn 10 percent off and eleven spots earn 25 percent off. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, closed Sunday.
Hard wax is matched to sensitive areas and soft wax to larger ones. The salon says it aims for consistent, high-quality results at every visit and at all of its studios.
The salon describes its studios as clean, warm and welcoming, with strict hygiene standards.
