On the hair side, the salon offers women's, men's and children's haircuts with styling, including blowouts. Color services range from full color and root touch-ups to highlights and balayage, and a consultation is included with color services to help choose the shade and service. Hair treatments cover deep conditioning and repair, and a separate scalp care service cleanses buildup from the scalp.

Facials are customized to skin type and concerns, with options for sensitive, anti-aging, problem and acne-prone skin. Facial services are provided by a licensed esthetician. The 24K Gold Diamond & Caviar Infusion Facial is the most involved option, and clients can add a 24K Gold Facial or LED light therapy to a facial.

Every appointment begins with a consultation. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, the salon is set up for families with children, and barbering is available for men. Hours run from 9 am to 6 pm, and parking is available. The facility is ADA-accessible, the client waiting area has two 75-inch televisions, and the staff lounge has a refrigerator and microwave.

The salon also rents space to independent professionals. Barber chair rental includes eight fully equipped stations, each with a hydraulic reclining leather chair, a full-length mirror, storage, electrical outlets and USB charging, along with water, electricity and Wi-Fi. A shampoo and backwash station and a professional hot towel warmer are included. One private salon suite is also available. Rentals are open to independent barbers, hairstylists, color specialists, estheticians, nail technicians, permanent makeup artists, and lash and brow specialists, and inquiries and private tours are handled by Lan.
