A head spa visit opens with a scalp analysis, followed by a scalp detox and cleanse. The seven-step treatment that follows includes a hot oil treatment, a spa mist, a scalp massage with a hair bath, a hair treatment mask, and a foot soak. Several sessions add a short blow-dry, and the salon provides a styling station, a hair straightener, a curling iron, and styling products afterward. The Jen Signature session runs 90 minutes, while Jen Pure Relaxation pairs a 60-minute head spa with a 30-minute body massage and hot stones.

Beyond the head spa, the menu covers facials from basic deep cleansing and an acne-focused facial through CO2, microdermabrasion, hydrating, and lifting options, plus massage and a full range of eyelash extensions and lash services. Group packages are offered for two, three, or four people, and the salon arranges customized packages for private events such as bridal showers and birthdays.

Bookings are made through Fresha, by phone, or through the contact page. A credit card secures each appointment and a deposit of 50% of the service price is due upfront; deposits are non-refundable but carry over to a rescheduled booking if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Gratuity is not included in prices. Robes and slippers are available on site. The salon does not provide medical treatment for scalp or skin conditions and advises clients to see a physician for those concerns.

Each head spa visit begins with a scalp analysis, then moves into a detox and cleanse and a seven-step treatment sequence.
