The spa is run by owner Sandra Gotlib, a licensed esthetician who has worked in the field since 2008 and is a certified Wull Stone therapist. She trained at Ambler Beauty School, now Toni and Guy school, and later completed further study at the Dermal Institute in King of Prussia. She has also worked as an esthetician at Ulta in Exton and with Dr. Bruce Stark in Exton, and she spent three decades in health-related roles in non-profit and pharmaceutical organizations before that.

The facial menu centers on Facial and Skin Treatment, which is adjusted to each client's skin. A visit can include a deep cleanse, a skin assessment, exfoliation, extractions where needed, and then a mask or a spot treatment. Facials use Dermalogica or Kimberly Parry Organics products, and the Classic Facial is listed at $55. According to Dermalogica, its formulas are non-comedogenic and free of mineral oil, lanolin, artificial colors, fragrance, drying alcohol and formaldehyde.

The massage menu is broad. It includes Swedish massage, which uses several techniques to warm muscle tissue, ease tension and break up adhesions, and The Classic Relaxation Massage, built on traditional Swedish strokes and gentle stretching, which is suggested as a first session for people new to bodywork. The Deep Tissue massage works on deeper muscle and connective tissue at a moderate to high intensity that the client chooses, and it starts with an interview about the problem area. The Sports/Athletic Therapy Massage uses interactive techniques for muscle work after vigorous activity. Other options are Couples Massage for two people at once, Four Handed Feet Massage, Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology/Foot Treatment, Scalp Massage/Treatment and Mindful Massage. Other licensed massage therapists also work at the spa.

Wellness services include Wull Stone Infrared Therapy Treatment and Emerging Therapies, an energy healing session in which the client stays clothed on a massage table while the therapist holds points along the body. The spa says its staff value every customer. Appointments can be booked online or by calling 484-985-9699, and cancellations require at least 24 to 48 hours notice.

The spa tailors facials to each client's skin and massage to each client's body, and staff say they value every customer.
