For hair, the salon offers men's and women's cuts, formal event styling, shampoo and blow dry, and styling and treatment services. Hair coloring includes demi-permanent color, permanent color, highlights and lowlights, and stylists custom blend shades. Ammonia-free color options are available, and precision cuts begin with two relaxing shampoos. Permanent waves can add body, texture or curl. Hair replacement is a major part of the business. The first hair loss consultation is free, and consultations take place one-on-one in private rooms. Options include Cyberhair, hairpieces, scalp treatment, Micro-Point Link and transplants, with attachment forms decided at the consultation. Head First is a personalized program for early-stage loss, severe loss and sudden hair loss. Hair replacement color is effective only on human hair. The salon says about half of its hair restoration clients are women, and it describes itself as the go-to salon for hair replacement in Milwaukee.

Skin services include a range of facials, from a 30-minute customized mini facial to an 80-minute facial with lavender hand paraffin. Treatments include a lactic acid surface peel and chemical peel series of three or six sessions, with products from Bioelements and Hempz. Add-ons such as hand paraffin, high-frequency and mini microdermabrasion are available. Clients booking a first facial should allow 20 minutes for skin analysis and consultation, plus 10 to 15 minutes of preparation beforehand. Waxing is offered for men and women and uses Satin Smooth Soft Honey Wax for semi-permanent removal lasting about two to six weeks.
